At Eagle Eye Bird Control (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality bird control products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following Returns & Refund Policy applies.

Returns

Customers may request to return products within a reasonable period after delivery, provided that:

• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• The product is unused, undamaged, and in a clean, resalable condition.
• All accessories, components, instructions, and related items are included.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product Assessment

All returned products will be inspected by Eagle Eye Bird Control (Pty) Ltd upon receipt to determine their condition and eligibility for a refund.

The assessment will consider:

• Whether the product has been installed, used, modified, or damaged.
• The condition of the packaging.
• Whether the product can be resold.

Our assessment decision will be communicated to the customer before any refund is processed.

Refunds

Where a returned product is found to be in good, resalable condition, Eagle Eye Bird Control (Pty) Ltd will issue a refund of 80% of the original purchase price, with the remaining 20% retained as a handling, inspection, and restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible and may take several business days to reflect, depending on the customer’s financial institution.

Exceptional Cases

If, upon inspection, Eagle Eye Bird Control (Pty) Ltd determines that the product is:

• Completely unused,
• Unopened or effectively untouched, and
• Suitable for resale as a 100% new product,

we may, at our sole discretion, reduce the standard 20% handling fee. In such cases, the applicable handling fee and refund amount will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before the refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may be refused, reduced, or adjusted for products that:

• Have been used, installed, altered, or damaged.
• Are returned incomplete or without original components.
• Show signs of wear, contamination, or misuse.
• Cannot reasonably be resold.
